I care for my elderly mother and got up this Saturday morning with a disaster in her bathroom, as she flushed the toilet it was backing up in the tub and water coming from around the outside of the toilet. A NIGHTMARE as far as I was concerned. Infinity is a local business so wanted to call them and John got back with me in the middle of the afternoon following a job he was already out. I was shocked he came so quickly and after telling him what was going on, he immediately knew what the problem was and went to the main line outside and cleaned it out. I had envisioned having to take the toilet out, and many other things, but he made quick work of a bad problem for us much to the relief of my 85-year old mother who was thinking she was going to have to climb upstairs to use the toilet until it was fixed. Infinity should change its name to Integrity Plumbing. They responded to my emergencies twice. They are men of their word and stand behind what they do. During both repairs they updated 30 year old technology in my home. I sincerely recommend this company.

I called this company was able to get someone out to access an existing leak. John was my technician, he came out and immediately found the leak gave us a solution and fixed the problem. While we had him here we were able to get our well pressure tank installation and up to code. John was very professional, informative, and honest. He will forever have our business. We were so grateful to find this honest worker! He fixed every problem he saw for a reasonable price.

Repair man was on time, fixed my problem in a timely manner and very knowledgeable. I did have one slight problem but after speaking with the owner he rectified the situation. Overall I was extremely pleased with their service and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.
